In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Angie Fields.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Clifford Lewis; son, Dale Lewis; daughters, Michelle (Chris) McLeod and Annette (Richard) Rushton; brother, Glenn (Linda) Cook; sister. Tammy (Ron) LeGrand; grandchildren, Steven (Bentli) Lewis, Eliza Lewis, Amber Lewis, Samantha Ferguson, Gabriel Ferguson, Cami McLeod, Austin Fields, Brittany Wilson, Ellen Rushton, Nataile Rushton, and J.C. Rushton; great grandchildren, Brookelynn Wilson, Brayden Wilson, Idella Berry, Bowen Lewis, and Landry Lewis.
