Hudson Eugene Turner

Mr. Hudson Eugene Turner, age 49, of Aiken, S.C., beloved husband of Cynthia Morris Turner and son of Robert and Dorothy Mathis Turner of Vaucluse, S.C., entered into rest at his residence on Saturday, June 2, 2018. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by sons, Hudson Turner, Jr. and Dylan Turner both of Aiken, S.C.; a stepdaughter, April Shanks of Indiana; a sister, Wanda Turner of Seneca, S.C. and brothers, Michael Turner of Windsor, S.C., Johnny Turner of North Augusta, S.C. and Kenneth Turner of Vaucluse, S.C. He was born in and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Aiken. He was a construction worker prior to his having to retire due to health issues. He was a loving son, father, brother and friend who loved his family very much. He shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose lives he touched during the 49 years that God granted him on this earth. Death is not the end for Gene, as he was so fondly known by his family and friends, as he shall live on forever in the hearts of his loved ones. A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to the Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
