As I sat today at the church for your husband, daddy, and grandfathers memorial, I saw such love for him. It was a beautiful service. What a wonderful man he was. Old friends coming together to honor his life. I would imagine he was one happy man. God bless and comfort you. I wish Id have known him better. Love you. Paulette Carbaugh

I was very sorry to hear about Elzie's passing. One of the kindest, most good-natured guys around, it seemed he was always upbeat and smiling. I have a lot of great memories seeing him at the family reunions where we would all spend time eating lots of great home-cooked meals, golfing, frying fish, and just catching-up. He was truly blessed with a wonderful, loving family and will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
