Eddie G. Quick

April 18, 1953 — July 1, 2020

Mr. Eddie G. Quick, age 67 of Hephzibah, Georgia, beloved husband for 33 years to Laurie Duncan Quick and son of the late Twid Quick, Jr. and the late Joyce Ogelsby Quick, entered into eternal rest at his resident, with his family by his side on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Melissa (Joseph) Headen; two grandchildren, Alona June and Averi Ryan Headen; a niece, Jessica DeSiena and two nephews, Jordan and Joseph DeSiena.  He was born in Augusta, Ga.  He was a Truck Driver for Augusta, Richmond County. He was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He shall be greatly missed by his family, friends and all whose lives he touched during the 67 years precious years that God granted him on this earth. Death is not the end as he shall live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends. Earth’s loss is truly Heaven’s gain. A graveside service, celebrating his life and homegoing, will be held at the Warrenville Cemetery on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Kathy DeSiena officiating. Memorials, in his honor, may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210.   Napier Funeral Home 315 Main Street.
