Doris Kneece

Doris Boyd Kneece, age 84 of Graniteville, S.C., wife of the late Richard Kneece and daughter of the Late Robert Boyd and the late Fannie Prescott Boyd, entered into eternal rest at her residence on the Lord’s Day, Sunday, August 23, 2020. She is survived by a son, Boyd Richard Kneece and two grandchildren, Joshua and Justin, to whom she was fondly known as “Gram”.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lish Boyd and Robert Boyd and a sister, Libie Mae Clark. She was born in Graniteville, S.C. and has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County.  She was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and friend.  She was a dedicated Chartered Member of Warrenville Revival Center in Warrenville, S.C.  She was a precious Christian lady who loved her family with all her heart, and they likewise loved her just as much. Death is not the end for Doris, as she has just made that great transition to her new Heavenly home, where all is joy and peace in a land of endless tomorrows. A service, celebrating her life and homegoing, will be held at the Warrenville Revival Center on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Leroy Beard and Rev. Charlie Kelley officiating. The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery. The Pallbearers will be Jacob Buckner, Bobby Clark, Dennis Lanier, Jr., Timmy Sanders, Randy Boyd and Jimmy Hall. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.   Napier Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Main St., Graniteville, S.C. 29829 is in charge of all of the arrangements, and you may sign the guest registry by logging on to  www.napierfuneralhomeinc.com.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Doris last year at Anchor in Aiken. She was a fine lady and her son visited her often. Praying for the family.
