WILLIAMS-Mrs. Mary Busbee Williams, age 61 of Aiken, S.C., wife of the late Robert W. Williams for over 30 years and daughter of the late Doc Busbee and the late Mary Couch Busbee, entered into eternal rest, surrounded by her family at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center on Saturday, August 11, 2012. She is survived by her three children; Autumn (Rob) Jones of New Ellenton, S.C., Rachael (Ben) Randall of Windsor, S.C. and Winter Hostettler of Warrenville, S.C.; brothers, Dan (Donna) Busbee of Lacey, WA., William (Sandy) Busbee of Millbrook, Alabama and Wallace (Roseanne) Busbee of Aiken, S.C., along with four beautiful grandchildren and extended family. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leland Busbee. She was born in Edgefield, S.C. but has been a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. She was a graduate of the USC Aiken Nursing program and retired from nursing in 2000 after working for Aiken Regional Medical Center. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, who shall be greatly missed by her family and all whose lives she touched ; however, she shall live on forever in everyone’s hearts. A celebration of her life service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 3:00 PM at Oasis Church, 2558 Wagener Rd., Aiken, S. C. 29805 with Rev. Ray Popham officiating. The interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mrs. Williams’ honor, may be made to the Aiken Heart Association, PO Box 5211, Aiken, S. C. 29804.
